The 1st Donglu Astrophysics Forum
The era of large-scale sky surveys: Near field cosmology and time domain science
April 1 - 3, 2019, Kunming, PR China
The annual Donglu Astrophysics Forum is designed to strengthen the existing and to build new links and collaborations between the newly established SWIFAR (http://www.swifar.ynu.edu.cn/index.htm) and the domestic as well as the international community. This very first one of the series is to seek and build synergy of MEPHISTO (http://www.swifar.ynu.edu.cn/info/1015/1073.htm), a 1.6m multi-channel photometric survey telescope currently under development at SWIFAR, with other either already operating or planned national and international facilities, such as SkyMapper, Gaia, WFST and LSST in the optical, EP and SVOM in the X-ray and gamma-ray, and LIGO and VIRGO for the gravitational waves.
